1. Rosemary, Garlic, & Orange Blossom Honey Butter Board

This delicious recipe pairs the earthy aroma of rosemary and the savoriness of garlic with Orange Blossom Honey that contains the essence of delicate citrus blossoms. The result is a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate, offering a harmonious blend of herbal, savory, and sweet notes in every bite.

Ingredients

1 stick of butter, your choice of salted or unsalted
1 tablespoon of Orange Blossom Honey
3 teaspoon of rosemary
3 teaspoon of garlic
4 garlic cloves
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of fresh orange, lime, lemon, or grapefruit rind - or mix of all
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary

Directions

Bring the butter to room temperature - this is needed in order to properly whip it.

Roast the garlic cloves with a pinch of salt and teaspoon of oil for 20 - 30 minutes or until soft.

In a bowl, mix the butter, Orange Blossom Honey, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper with the hand-mixer.

Mix for 20 seconds or until desired aeration.

Using the butter knife or the back of a spoon, carefully spread the mixed butter onto the board.

Finely dice the fresh rosemary.

Garnish with the citrus grind, diced rosemary, and garlic cloves.

Serve your choice of bread, crackers, or vegetables.

2. Olive Oil & Goldenrod Honey Butter Board


Next up we have Olive Oil & Goldenrod. Crafted with care, this velvety blend marries the mellow complexity of olive oil with the distinct floral notes of goldenrod honey. Ingredients

1 stick of butter, your choice of salted or unsalted

Directions

Time for thyme - the star of this board (and of course the honey!) Together, the fusion of the aromatic thyme and the gentle floral notes of herbal honey create an irresistible flavor profile that compliments the richness of the butter. No wonder why it’s one of our favorite recipes!

Ingredients

1 stick of butter, your choice of salted or unsalted
1 tablespoon of Blueberry Honey
1 tablespoon of thyme
2 teaspoons of onion powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
½ an onion
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
2 teaspoons of butter

Directions

Bring the butter to room temperature - this is needed in order to properly whip it.

In a bowl, mix the butter, Herbal Honey, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper with the hand-mixer.

Mix for 20 seconds or until desired aeration.

Using the butter knife or the back of a spoon, carefully spread the mixed butter onto the board.

Finely dice the fresh thyme.

Finely dice onions

In a pan, fry the onions with the butter, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.

Garnish the board with the fresh thyme and pan fried onions.
